On Saturday, November 23rd, Vassar will be hosting the 6th annual Turkey Trot Family Run/ Walk. The Turkey Trot will include a 1.5 mile route around Country Lane. Following the walk/run families will have the opportunity to enjoy a brunch including pancakes, turkey bacon and turkey sausage in the cafeteria.
The goals of the Turkey Trot are to strengthen our sense of a school community, increase relationships between families and improve the physical fitness of the students at our school. There is no charge for any student or family to participate. As a school, we want to celebrate each other, our diversity and the positive effects of physical activity with family and friends.
